About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer and support Microsoft Teams Phone and Teams Voice environments
- Manage Operator Connect providers, PSTN connectivity, phone number assignments, and carrier relationships
- Configure and maintain auto attendants, call queues, call routing, voice policies, resource accounts, and Teams Voice settings
- Administer RingCentral Fax services, user access, routing, and integrations
- Troubleshoot voice quality, call routing, dial plans, number assignment, fax delivery, and telephony issues
- Coordinate telephone number provisioning, porting, and lifecycle management
- Support and optimize communication workflows for clinical, operational, and corporate teams
- Design and implement call-flow changes and workflow improvements based on business requirements
- Administer conference room and meeting-space technologies
- Support audio/visual systems, including displays, cameras, microphones, speaker systems, wireless presentation solutions, and digital collaboration devices
- Partner with office operations and vendors on new office builds, relocations, and conference-room deployments
- Participate in site planning and technology design for corporate offices and clinical locations
- Develop standards for conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and communication technologies
- Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support for voice, conferencing, and collaboration platforms
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of enterprise IT or unified communications experience
- 2+ years administering Microsoft Teams Phone or enterprise voice platforms
- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone, Operator Connect, RingCentral Fax, conferencing platforms, and collaboration technologies
- Experience with enterprise telephony concepts including SIP, PSTN, dial plans, call queues, and voice routing
- Experience supporting conference room technology and AV systems
- Knowledge of structured cabling, telecommunications infrastructure, and office technology deployment
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, call flow diagrams, and support standards
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate certification preferred
- Experience with Teams Rooms solutions preferred
- Experience supporting office buildouts, renovations, and technology deployments preferred
- Experience with AV vendors and conferencing technology manufacturers preferred
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Occasional standing and walking; frequent sitting and hand/finger movement
- Ability to use office equipment and communicate verbally and in writing
