About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the successful operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of Concur and Ariba platforms
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Manage system service tickets and coordinate with SAP support
- Oversee system functionality and process documentation to identify risk and non-compliance
- Develop and implement solutions aligned with internal controls
- Support implementation and validation of Concur and Ariba enhancement requests
- Configure and maintain Concur and Ariba modules
- Ensure integration with SAP ERP and other business systems
- Maintain configuration documentation and change logs
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of supplier, item, and contract master data
- Coordinate cross-functional data integration and updates
- Support reports and dashboards for the Senior Director of Procurement Operations
- Track KPIs and procurement benefits
- Conduct spend analytics and opportunity assessments
- Prepare compliance and audit reporting
- Act as SAP Subject Matter Expert for internal teams and external partners
- Lead stakeholder management and change management initiatives
- Design and execute end-user communications and training
- Collaborate on procurement process and category strategy enhancements
- Align system functionality with procurement policies and procedures
- Identify and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years of experience managing SAP Ariba & Concur systems as an Administrator
- 5 years of experience with project management
- Strong leadership expertise, time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Availability between 8 am CT and 5 pm CT, with additional flexibility outside these hours as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent work experience
- SAP Ariba & Concur certification or relevant technical certifications
- SAP Ariba Certification
- SAP Certified Application Associate Certification
- SAP Certified Configuration Consultant-Concur Expense Professional
- Strong understanding of procurement operations, compliance, P2P processes, expense management and auditing (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with dashboard development, reporting, and data analysis (preferred)
- Financial and analytical skills and experience leveraging market data and spend analytics (preferred)
