About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and enable the product roadmap and execution for a centralized decisioning and orchestration platform
- Represent the business on an agile team and communicate business vision and needs
- Write, refine, accept and prioritize user stories and features
- Own and maintain prioritized product backlogs for one or more Agile teams
- Define complete, consumable and testable user stories with acceptance criteria
- Review and accept IT and/or business development output against acceptance criteria
- Represent the customers' perspective throughout the product delivery cycle
- Partner with development teams and product managers on release schedules, business validation and production deployments
- Collaborate with UX partners, designers, business analysts, developers, testers and others to execute product roadmaps
- Translate business requirements from relevant business processes and understand needs, measures, risks and controls
- Assist with change preparation and provide tactics and metrics for benefits, adoption and risk
- Execute user acceptance testing and production validation
- Contribute to agile teams at the project level across multiple business or system domains
- Identify, measure, monitor and control risks in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
- 4 years of experience in process improvement, project delivery, business/requirements analysis or directly related supported business operations/product line
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, applicable databases and project management tools
- Proficient knowledge of multiple technical software delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Experience analyzing business requirements and identifying opportunities to streamline business processes in accordance with risk management framework and regulatory requirements
- Proficient understanding of Process Engineering methodologies and Change Management practices
- Experience gathering business requirements, process flows and use cases to develop and deliver business capabilities within an approved methodology
- Experience writing user stories and following the development process through user story acceptance
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient experience with data analysis tools and platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Snowflake
- Proficient knowledge of development lifecycle management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow and Qtest
- Proficient knowledge of mobile and web platform development with backend and frontend experience
- Must not require immigration support or visa sponsorship now or in the future
