About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support discovery, delivery, and performance for a centralized decisioning and orchestration platform
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to deliver member-centric experiences across service, advice, and deepening offerings
  • Partner with engineering, data, and experience teams to operationalize event-driven decisioning
  • Apply product management discipline, experimentation, and continuous optimization
  • Establish governance, performance measurement, and operational rigor for enterprise-scale execution
  • Leverage research, business and market intelligence, and data-driven insights to identify opportunities and propose solutions
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps and improve performance
  • Prepare data and materials for presentations and stakeholder communications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate product strategies
  • Identify opportunities and solve customer pain points
  • Analyze and report product and experience performance against KPIs/KRIs
  • Research industry best practices and trends
  • Apply knowledge of business, technology, UX, relevant experiences and processes, and product management
  • Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks in accordance with policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
  • 2 years Digital/Technology Product Management experience, including Digital/Technology experience in Strategy/Planning, Innovation, User Experience, Process Engineering, Analytics, Research/Testing
  • 1 year of Customer Contact Channel experience within the Insurance or Financial services industry may replace 1 year of the minimum experience required
  • Experience developing presentations to communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology
  • Must not require immigration support or visa sponsorship now or in the future, including H-1B, TN, and STEM OPT Training Plans
  • U.S. military experience gained through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner is a differentiator
