About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Digital or Technology research, business and market intelligence, and data-driven insights
  • Help identify opportunities, propose solutions, create and maintain roadmaps, and improve performance
  • Prepare supporting data and materials for presentations and stakeholder communications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate strategies for Digital or Technology product goals
  • Apply developing knowledge of Technology, UX, Business, relevant experiences and processes, and Product Management
  • Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures
  • Perform routine work assignments and problem resolution under direct supervision

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university
  • Graduation date cannot be prior to August 13, 2027
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Information Science
  • Must plan to graduate after the final day of the internship
  • Experience in SQL, Web/App Development
  • USAA does not provide visa sponsorship; applicants must not need immigration support at any time
  • Must meet full-time work eligibility requirements for possible future employment opportunities
