About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement multiple data and analytics sub-functions for the Voice of Member Program across Bank and Insurance
Lead short-term and long-term strategy and vision for assigned sub-functions aligned with enterprise strategies
Lead strategic, tactical, operational and financial responsibilities for data storage, preparation, exploration, information governance, analytics and information delivery
Oversee strategy and delivery of information and analytics platforms and solutions to business stakeholders and cross-functional partners
Own the end-to-end process of information management, analytics and delivery
Evaluate and integrate industry trends and best practices into processes, technology and strategic plans
Provide thought leadership and influence data, information and application architecture decisions
Lead data reporting, identify reporting opportunities, and promote advanced self-service capabilities
Provide strategic insights to senior leaders and key stakeholders
Set analytic direction and create strategies that influence business and drive change
Oversee innovation, work prioritization and capacity; assist with problem resolution
Oversee information delivery experience and risks, ensuring understanding of business processes, supporting data and applications, and findings and recommendations
Identify and pursue advanced data delivery and business solutions opportunities
Ensure business activity risks are identified, measured, monitored and controlled according to risk and compliance policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or quantitative field; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
8 years data and analytics related experience, generating results in a complex financial services organization
3 years of people leadership experience in building, managing and/or developing high-performing teams
Experience collaborating with key resources and stakeholders, influencing decisions and managing work to achieve strategic goals
Strong business acumen in measuring business outcomes, business operations, industry practices and emerging trends
Experience leading projects using Agile methodologies
Experience conducting moderately large scale data analysis using internal and external data to support business decision making
Proven ability to tell a story through data and communicate effectively with executive level leadership
Experience building and leading teams using advanced analytics and data science solutions derived from member feedback and Voice of Customer (VoC) CX data
Ability to assess and shape business questions and recommend and build analyses synthesizing member feedback insights with operational, behavioral, financial, and market data
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data and trends into digestible narratives for stakeholders and senior leaders
US military experience gained through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner
Must not require immigration support or visa sponsorship, including H-1B, TN, or STEM OPT Training Plans
