Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development and execution of a multi-year product strategy roadmap
  • Analyze market dynamics, identify opportunities and competitive threats, and prioritize innovation
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, including design, launch, optimization, and retirement decisions
  • Prioritize enhancements, features, and investments using data, financial analysis, and member insights
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and cross-functional alignment with marketing and distribution teams
  • Use performance metrics, financial modeling, and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions
  • Establish measurable success criteria and monitor portfolio health
  • Interpret performance results to inform product or sales forecasting and planning
  • Evaluate research, insights, and performance metrics to recommend market opportunities or product enhancements
  • Build partnerships across technology, operations, marketing, finance, and risk
  • Lead product innovation aligned with business objectives, risk appetite, and regulatory expectations
  • Develop recommendations for launching new products and decisions to buy, build, or partner
  • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Build and oversee a team of product professionals through recruiting, development, retention, coaching, performance management, and managerial activities
  • Ensure business risks are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled according to risk and compliance policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Statistics; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
  • 8 years of relevant industry experience in Financial Services, Product Management, Strategy, Marketing, Sales and Service, Finance/Accounting, Operations, or related disciplines
  • 4 years of product management, portfolio leadership, or similar strategic management experience, including direct responsibility for business or product performance and growth
  • 3 years of direct team lead or management experience
  • Experience using data and analytics to identify growth opportunities, evaluate acquisition and funnel performance, and influence business decisions
  • Experience creating compelling, data-driven narratives and presenting strategic recommendations to executive leadership
  • Experience managing product performance, strategic planning, prioritization, roadmaps, and go-to-market execution
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a regulated environment
  • Experience translating market, member, competitive, and performance insights into product or growth strategies
  • Knowledge of applicable banking laws, regulations, risk management, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with consumer deposits, deposit acquisition, or digital banking platforms
  • Experience driving acquisition, funnel optimization, conversion, or other measurable growth outcomes
  • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Must not require immigration support or visa sponsorship
