About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete a 2-year rotational program with assignments of approximately 8 months each
  • Strengthen finance business acumen and analytics skills through meaningful projects and team assignments
  • Gain exposure to finance business functions and disciplines
  • Participate in Information Stewardship and Data Governance assignments
  • Analyze business problems using internal and external data for business intelligence
  • Craft report and analysis specifications based on business needs and available data
  • Consult with business teams to define opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions
  • Translate business problems into statistical, machine learning, simulation, and optimization solutions
  • Propose solutions and support assignments and projects under supervision
  • Assist with program-specific projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Support forecasting, planning, and model-improvement initiatives
  • Compile and analyze data to create financial reports and cost-benefit analyses
  • Research and organize data related to product assignment, pricing, profitability, and ad hoc analysis
  • Build workforce planning knowledge and relationships with key stakeholders
  • Facilitate workforce planning processes and escalate issues for resolution
  • Apply analysis techniques, workforce metrics, and reporting to develop workforce insights
  • Support business intelligence solutions involving data collection, transformation, intelligence, and visualization
  • Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks in accordance with compliance policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Up to 2 years of related experience conducting financial/accounting research and producing reports
  • Foundational knowledge of data analysis and relevant technical accounting/finance acumen
  • Foundational or educational-level business acumen in business operations and industry practices
  • Effective written, communication, presentation, and computer skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Experience presenting and explaining information in a simple and user-friendly way
  • Collaboration skills and ability to support broader business teams
  • Analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and planning skills
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, computer science, statistics, economics, finance, actuarial sciences, science and engineering, or another similar quantitative discipline
  • Graduation date prior to July 12, 2027
  • Up to 2 years of experience in information or data-related practices
  • Foundational experience with a dynamic scripted language such as Python or R
  • Experience with database query languages such as SQL, HQL, or NoSQL
  • Knowledge or awareness of business intelligence and data management platforms such as Tableau, Business Objects, Sigma, or Snowflake
  • Experience with or interest in AI-enabled tools
  • Must not require immigration support or visa sponsorship, including H-1B, TN, or STEM OPT Training Plans
