About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and champion innovative, agile, proactive, and cost-effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Translate macro talent strategies into actionable solutions for complex functional-area needs
- Leverage data analytics, industry insights, and emerging technologies to create differentiated business capabilities
- Identify and diagnose intricate talent needs and organizational gaps
- Design strategic, innovative, and sustainable solutions
- Provide critical insights and advanced problem-solving capabilities using a digital-first mindset
- Lead end-to-end design and development of complex operating model transformations and critical HR initiatives
- Lead complex programs and initiatives with broad, cross-functional impact
- Serve as an expert proxy to the ELT on specialized HR matters in partnership with the Senior HR Business Partner
- Shape workforce planning, cost-of-labor strategies, and talent investment decisions
- Collaborate with business leaders, Finance, and Workforce Planning partners to optimize resource allocation
- Advise, coach, and challenge senior executive leaders with data-driven insights
- Mentor HR Business Partners, HR advisors, and COE partners
- Partner with COE leaders to influence and refine association HR initiatives and solutions
- Evaluate HR approaches and processes to improve outcomes
- Provide insights on internal and external talent landscapes and future skills requirements
- Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks according to risk and compliance policies and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- 10 years of relevant work experience in human resources
- Strong focus on strategic HR initiatives and deep specialization in Talent Strategy, Organizational Design, Workforce Planning & Analytics, Compensation Strategy, or Executive Compensation
- Subject matter expertise applying HR theories, techniques, and technologies within a complex, highly regulated environment
- Ability to translate data and insights into compelling narratives and executive-level communications
- Extensive experience designing and influencing long-term, complex strategies in a matrixed environment
- Extensive experience leveraging advanced business or industry knowledge to develop strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and trust with senior-level and/or C-suite leaders
- Must not require immigration support or visa sponsorship, including H-1B, TN, or STEM OPT Training Plans
