Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead capacity planning and workforce optimization for the Retail Storefront Support Team

  • Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve customer experience, retention, productivity, and growth outcomes
  • Influence strategic direction and deliver executive-level presentations communicating complex findings
  • Perform and present impact analyses to inform executive decision-making and drive organizational performance
  • Lead stakeholder discussions, communicate analytical findings, support line-of-business strategy development, and influence business decisions
  • Lead integration of analytic strategy and business strategy
  • Identify key business assumptions and hypotheses around line-of-business strategy and refine them through further analysis
  • Develop analytical frameworks and blueprints to answer business questions
  • Support lower-level team members in developing analytical frameworks
  • Evaluate complex strategic insights related to Profit & Loss performance, including Product Strategy, Pricing, Marketing, Sales, Credit Risk, Distribution Channels, and Member Experience
  • Define outcome measures, improve prioritization and decision agility, evaluate progress toward business outcomes, and assess risks to strategic goals
  • Influence strategic agreement using subject matter expertise, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills
  • Serve as a team lead and provide guidance and on-the-job training
  • Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Finance, Economics or related field; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
  • 8 years of data and/or analytics or strategy consulting experience; OR a minimum of 6 years of data and/or analytics or strategy consulting experience and up to 2 years of progressive functional business relevant experience for a total of 8 years of combined experience; OR Advanced Degree in Business, Science, Finance, Economics or related discipline and 6 years of experience in data and/or analytics or strategy consulting
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in preparing and delivering executive presentations that articulate strategic alignment and drive organizational consensus
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver comprehensive impact analysis reports, translating complex data into compelling financial narratives that inform strategic decision-making and quantify business outcomes
  • Experience managing capacity planning and workforce optimization, including monitoring and optimizing customer retention, growth, and service experience, while driving data-informed decision-making
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) proposing innovative solutions for workforce planning and capacity initiatives
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and operational planning expertise, connecting performance insights to strategic workforce and business outcomes
  • Extensive background in workforce planning and analytics, complex predictive modeling and forecasting, statistical methods, business consulting, project management, audit, and operational analysis
