About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Contact Center leaders using advanced analytics, predictive modeling, experimentation, and AI-driven insights
  • Assess emerging risks, performance gaps, customer behavior shifts, operational friction points, and growth opportunities
  • Lead discussions with cross-functional teams and drive analytical solution strategies
  • Apply quantitative methodologies and analytics to identify portfolio risks, opportunities, root causes, trends, and performance drivers
  • Organize and oversee requirements development and ensure adequate staffing
  • Lead business cases and strategic recommendations balancing business needs, risk, operations, and profitability
  • Translate analytical findings into executive-level communication materials using data visualization and storytelling
  • Document assumptions, methodologies, testing, validation, implementation requirements, and performance monitoring processes
  • Partner with business, risk, technology, operations, and control stakeholders to implement strategies, define success metrics, monitor performance, and optimize solutions
  • Develop internal talent through thought leadership, coaching, and mentoring
  • Champion innovation by evaluating emerging analytical capabilities, tools, technologies, and methodologies
  • Research and experiment with emerging analytical approaches, data assets, AI-enabled solutions, and decision science techniques
  • Design, execute, and improve solutions supporting portfolio growth, operational effectiveness, and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure business risks are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled according to risk and compliance policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data and/or Business Analysis, Data Science, or a business or quantitative field; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
  • 8 years of data and analytics experience OR an advanced degree in a quantitative analytics field and 6 years of data/analytics or functional business experience within the Banking industry
  • Expert experience applying statistical, predictive, profitability, and portfolio analytics
  • Ability to frame ambiguous business problems, develop testable hypotheses, evaluate tradeoffs, and convert analysis into implementable business strategies
  • Advanced experience integrating, transforming, validating, and analyzing internal and external data sources
  • Business acumen, strategic thinking, and executive-level communication and presentation skills
  • Expert knowledge of data analysis tools, data visualization, SQL, SAS, BI tools, analysis software, and relevant industry data and methods
  • US military experience gained through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner
  • Banking or financial services experience supporting Contact Center strategy, customer operations, workforce optimization, or member experience initiatives
  • Experience designing and deploying predictive models, experimentation frameworks, and decision science solutions in production
  • Advanced proficiency with Python, SQL, Snowflake, Streamlit, and Tableau
  • Experience delivering business value through Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or conversational analytics
  • Must not require immigration support or visa sponsorship, including H-1B, TN, or STEM OPT Training Plans
