Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Real Estate business by leading and executing complex CRM and marketing technology initiatives
Gather and refine business requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
Optimize CRM functionality through configuration
Leverage analytics to drive lead distribution and prioritization and member communication
Monitor system health and partner with business stakeholders
Evaluate profit goals, lead distribution and prioritization rules, system performance, and sales user performance against plans and key metrics
Advise operational leadership on information affecting business goals
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, SFO, Legal, Experiences, Digital platforms, Information Technology, CRM, and broader product teams
Research internal and external information and partners and conduct data analyses for product feasibility
Run moderate statistical models and present research and analysis results to senior Product Management leadership as needed
Partner with the Product Manager to develop product dashboards and metrics
Analyze performance results to inform product or sales forecasting and planning
Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Statistics; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
4 years of relevant industry experience in Actuary, Underwriting, Marketing or Sales/Service, Finance/Accounting Operations, or Financial Services
Minimum 1 year of experience leveraging data and providing requirements to data teams
Knowledge of applicable product related regulations and compliance requirements
Knowledge of HMDA, TILA/REG Z, RESPA, FDPA, Reg B, and SCRA
Extensive mortgage industry experience, including mortgage origination, servicing, underwriting, and related regulations
Advanced experience administering and managing CRM platforms; preferred experience in Velocify and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience as a Product Advisor, Business Rules Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role focused on business and technology solutions
Ability to independently gather requirements, develop solutions, and execute complex system enhancements
Experience translating business policies and operational needs into business rules, system configurations, and process improvements
Strong business partnership and stakeholder influence skills
Experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations, communications, and recommendations
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including report development and trend monitoring
Strong project management experience managing multiple priorities and initiatives with minimal oversight
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and lead solution implementation from concept through execution
Must not require immigration support or visa sponsorship, including H-1B, TN, or STEM OPT Training Plans
