About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Real Estate business by partnering with stakeholders to enhance CRM and marketing technology solutions
  • Gather business requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
  • Configure and optimize CRM functionality
  • Develop reports and analytics
  • Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues
  • Execute key business controls
  • Analyze product profit, competitive landscape, and sales performance against plans or key metrics
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations for product design improvement and placement options
  • Collect and analyze information from Marketing, Operations, SFO, Legal, Experiences, Digital platforms, and other stakeholders
  • Partner with information technology and business analysts to improve capabilities
  • Research internal and external information and recommend product optimization
  • Run basic to moderately complex statistical models and derive insights with Product Managers
  • Partner with Product Managers to design product dashboards and metrics
  • Prepare performance analyses to inform product or sales forecasting and planning
  • Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Statistics; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant product management or analyst experience
  • Understanding of applicable product-related regulations and compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of HMDA, TILA/Reg Z, RESPA, FDPA, Reg B, and SCRA
  • Experience within the mortgage industry or financial services environment preferred as a differentiator
  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Business Rules Analyst, or similar role supporting business and technology initiatives
  • Exposure to CRM platforms or marketing automation tools, such as Velocify or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating business needs into system solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation development and stakeholder communications
  • Experience developing reports, analyzing data, and providing recommendations based on findings
  • Ability to learn new systems, processes, and technologies quickly
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Experience with JIRA, Agile methodologies, or project-based work environments
  • Must not require immigration support now or in the future, including H-1B, TN, or STEM OPT Training Plans
  • Must be able to work in the office 4 days per week
