About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prioritize the Bank agile team backlog to drive business outcomes and support business strategy
- Communicate and drive product vision and strategy to stakeholders and Bank agile team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine business needs and deliver quality product and member experience solutions
- Work with the Team-of-Teams Lead to align business strategy, goals, and objectives
- Translate business strategy into product vision and backlog priorities
- Define and communicate acceptance criteria based on business requirements and customer needs
- Use data-driven decision-making to solve complex issues, allocate funds, and develop and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Act as the voice of the end user and proactively seek customer feedback
- Own backlog grooming, prioritization, and refinement
- Maintain groomed user stories and work with the agile team to estimate story size and complexity
- Optimize value flow across the multi-Bank agile team environment
- Remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and manage risks and issues
- Provide feedback on work in progress, clarify requirements, and remove roadblocks
- Recommend continuous Bank agile team and process improvements to leadership
- May lead functional Bank agile teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
- Ensure business risks are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled according to risk and compliance policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
- 6 years of experience in process improvement, project delivery, business/requirements analysis or directly related to supported business operations/product line
- Knowledge of multiple technical software delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe
- Advanced experience analyzing business requirements, process flows and use cases
- Experience identifying opportunities to streamline business processes in accordance with risk management framework and regulatory requirements
- Advanced knowledge and demonstrated use of Process Engineering methodologies
- Working knowledge of applicable banking, regulatory, and compliance policies, including applicable laws, rules, and regulations
- Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others to adopt a different point of view
- Background in consumer/retail digital banking and servicing
- Strong product management experience with savings, CD, or IRA accounts
- Proven ability to conduct competitive research and execute digital strategies based on market findings
- Must not require visa sponsorship or immigration support, including H-1B, TN, or STEM OPT Training Plans
