Key responsibilities & impact

Provide complex analytical, business, and technical support for strategic business functions, processes, and applications/IT platforms
Lead and participate in business analysis and decision-making efforts
Create, implement, and maintain application solutions
Propose business process changes to align with business needs
Advise stakeholders and provide analytical support and recommendations on business and application/IT platform direction
Maintain advanced understanding of business processes, applications/IT platforms, and strategic direction
Facilitate identification, research, and analysis of application, IT platform, and technology solutions
Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and information services to identify and address dependencies, risks, and opportunities
Research complex business issues
Analyze and document business requirements for application/IT platforms and data systems
Direct testing and implementation of new systems or system changes
Lead and participate in designing and administering application/IT platform and end-user documentation standards and policies
Establish system documentation standards and quality assurance methodologies
Provide work direction and coaching to team members
Identify, measure, monitor, and control business risks in accordance with risk and compliance policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree; OR 4 additional years of relevant education and/or experience
6 years of work experience in analyzing IT business processes, software application/IT platform design and/or IT documentation
Understanding of application/IT platform data systems and operations processes
Understanding of application/IT platform administration and the software development life cycle, including testing execution
Experience developing and maintaining documentation related to workflow, business requirements, and technical functionality of IT applications/IT platform
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Knowledge of risk and controls, including identifying and fixing gaps, documenting controls, and testing controls
Successful completion of an analyst assessment may be required
5+ years of Salesforce administration, analysis, or business systems experience
Experience supporting Salesforce environments within insurance, financial services, or similarly regulated industries
Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, workflows, reports, dashboards, and security models
Experience supporting CRM systems in a production environment
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Experience managing competing priorities and supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously
US military experience gained through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner
Must not require immigration support or visa sponsorship, including H-1B, TN, or STEM OPT Training Plans
