Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive analytics informing the strategy, performance, and continuous evolution of AI-enabled member interactions
  • Translate complex data into clear business recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to improve member experience and operational outcomes
  • Influence priorities expanding the value of conversational AI capabilities across the enterprise
  • Partner with business and technology teams to accelerate innovation and ensure measurable member impact
  • Analyze complex business problems using internal and external data sources
  • Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets
  • Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and available data
  • Consult with users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues
  • Prototype solutions for displaying information
  • Gather complex business requirements and define business problems and data needs with customers
  • Lead development and implementation of business intelligence solutions, including visualization, transformation, and collection
  • Partner with IT execution teams on analytic infrastructure, data engineering, and related business intelligence efforts
  • Collaborate on technical standards and governance practices
  • Apply data visualization best practices and Enterprise branding
  • Optimize prototypes, usability, end-user experience, dashboards, reports, insights, and analyses
  • Advise stakeholders and end users on data visualization to drive business value
  • Influence data, information, and application architecture decisions
  • Potentially champion Agile methodology, execution, and team education
  • Provide internal team leadership on business intelligence tools, techniques, and processes
  • Participate in industry, COE, and discipline-relevant groups to track trends and share best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data and/or Business Analysis, Data Science, or a business or quantitative field; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
  • 6 years of data & analytics experience OR a minimum of 4 years of data & analytics experience and up to 2 years of progressive functional business relevant experience for a total of 6 years combined experience OR an advanced degree in a quantitative analytics field and 4 years of experience
  • Demonstrated experience identifying innovative approaches to moderately complex business problems and solutions
  • Advanced experience developing business deliverables leveraging business intelligence platforms, data management platforms, or SQL-based languages, including Tableau, Business Objects, Snowflake, Hadoop, Netezza, NoSQL, ANSI SQL, or related
  • Expert ability to build business knowledge through meaningful partnerships at individual contributor, leadership, and EMG levels
  • Expert-level communication skills and ability to deliver presentations to all levels of management
  • Ability to embed intuitive storytelling within business intelligence solutions and platforms, including concise presentation of complex technical details
  • Must not require immigration support or visa sponsorship now or in the future
