About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement strategic customer-specific business process program plans aligned with enterprise strategy and roadmaps
  • Lead alignment and development of business deliverable processes and capabilities to improve business performance
  • Serve as a functional expert and develop end-user-focused process solutions
  • Manage process performance through control limits, KPIs, stakeholder reporting, and collaborative improvement efforts
  • Own, execute, enhance, and align controls to mitigate operational and compliance risks
  • Develop communication plans for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment between stakeholders and customers across business process projects and services
  • Use reporting, data, and analytics to measure performance and deliver operational efficiencies
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and lead continuous process improvement
  • Lead solution development, business case and benefits substantiation, and business requirements for improvement initiatives
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members and business partners
  • Provide business performance intelligence for planning, research, analysis, development, and implementation of applications and processes
  • Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks in accordance with risk and compliance policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or science field; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
  • Expert knowledge of the business and business process development
  • Experience designing and optimizing complex processes aligned with technology roadmaps
  • Experience managing end-to-end processes, including objectives, risks, and controls
  • Ability to leverage technology and data for process improvement and user-centric solutions
  • Ability to use analytics to monitor process health and drive operational efficiencies
  • Ability to champion process improvements, mitigate risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment
  • US military experience gained through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner
  • Must not require immigration support or visa sponsorship now or in the future
