About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in or lead cross-functional Change Management and readiness teams
- Understand, plan, manage and sustain organizational change
- Guide Change Management and partner resources assigned to specific change efforts
- Identify integration points and impacted audiences
- Assess the impact of change initiatives
- Create change management strategies and sustainment plans
- Consult on implementation of change plans and adjust for resistance and acceptance
- Conduct change impact and readiness assessments
- Develop and execute change management activities supporting organizational transition
- Coach and influence executive business owners in a highly matrixed organization
- Mentor junior change partners
- Identify, measure, monitor and control risks in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures
- Champion a consistent bank-wide change management methodology with reusable tools and standardized planning
- Drive transformation of the bank's change capability through maturity assessments, targeted plans, training, and leader/team enablement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
- 6 years of directly related experience in organizational change management, communication, organizational development, marketing, human resources and/or project delivery and accountability for complex tasks and/or projects
- 2 years of change management experience
- If Advanced Degree, 4 years of related experience, including 2 years of change management experience
- Advanced knowledge of project management and/or change management
- Demonstrated application of change management knowledge, skills and abilities toward work products
- Experience partnering for client's success
- Organizational savvy and politics
- Emotional intelligence
- Experience overcoming resistance to change
- Experience coaching/influencing leaders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop communications materials for multiple audiences
- Understanding of project management methodologies, delivery and principles
- Working knowledge of risk and regulatory requirements
