Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop AI-enabled capabilities that accelerate, augment, and automate visualization lifecycle execution
  • Engage BIA teams and customers to identify friction, pain points, and opportunities
  • Map solutions to the visualization development lifecycle from intake through adoption
  • Prototype, test, and refine agentic workflows for quality, reliability, and repeatability
  • Create documentation, guardrails, and examples supporting adoption and safe use
  • Measure solution impact and continuously improve based on user feedback
  • Adapt solutions and strategy as industry capabilities evolve
  • Work under direct supervision with guidance from senior engineers and an assigned mentor
  • Participate in professional development, networking, mentorship, and team-based projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and planning to graduate after the final day of the internship
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Anticipated graduation date between September 2027 and May 2028
  • Foundational understanding of Python, PowerShell, and SQL
  • Foundational understanding of Generative AI and LLMs
  • Foundational understanding of prompt and agent design
  • Foundational understanding of PowerBI and Tableau
  • Foundational understanding of workflow automation and test harnesses
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership through coursework, projects, student organizations, employment, or community involvement
