About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s undergraduate program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • Graduation date of 2027 or later
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in learning and development and HR practices
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Ability to commit to a 40-hour work week during the 10-week internship
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Visa sponsorship is not offered
