About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Set up and configure computers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment
  • Maintain and update IT documentation, asset inventories, and user guides
  • Support system upgrades, software installations, and routine maintenance
  • Monitor system performance and security alerts
  • Participate in IT projects including system migrations, cloud integrations, and process automation
  • Collaborate with team members to improve IT workflows and user experience
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and data security protocols
  • Gain hands-on experience in IT support, systems maintenance, cybersecurity, software troubleshooting, AI, and machine learning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in a related area of business
  • Sophomore classification or higher
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
  • Minimum of one year work experience or equivalent military experience
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and common enterprise software
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with help desk systems or ticketing platforms is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
  • Must be able to work 20–30 hours per week
