About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards giving Sales and Marketing one shared, accurate view of the funnel
  • Own day-to-day maintenance and iteration of existing GTM reporting as source data, targets, and motions change
  • Measure the impact of campaigns, experiments, and GTM initiatives
  • Turn open-ended questions into testable hypotheses and analyze funnel, pipeline, and campaign performance
  • Integrate data from CRM and marketing systems into cross-functional analyses
  • Audit CRM fields, lead-routing rules, and scoring logic for drift or gaming, and fix root causes
  • Monitor adoption of outbound cadences, routing rules, scoring models, and other GTM tooling
  • Maintain lead-scoring and attribution models and flag when they need retuning
  • Translate GTM data into insight for Sales, Marketing, and RevOps
  • Answer everyday funnel-data questions and escalate larger, more ambiguous requests to Analytics leadership
  • Communicate data clearly to non-analysts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years in a GTM-related analytics role (marketing analytics, sales analytics, business intelligence, or similar) with a strong focus on funnel analysis and reporting
  • Ability to build and maintain dashboards using Lightdash and Omni
  • Comfortable writing SQL within an analytics stack using dbt and BigQuery
  • Hands-on experience reporting on CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics
  • Comfortable owning scoring or attribution models day to day, monitoring drift and flagging when they need retuning
  • Understanding of both B2B and B2C funnels and relevant metrics, including MQL/SQL conversion, win rate, and pipeline velocity
  • Ability to turn a vague question into a hypothesis, test it, and provide a recommendation
  • Experience using AI tools and checking their output rather than trusting it blindly
  • Comfortable in a remote-first, fast-moving environment with a small team and a wide surface area
