About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Product to define and solve ambiguous, high-impact problems using advanced data science methodologies
  • Apply predictive modeling, causal inference, marketing attribution models, value-based models, and customer segmentation
  • Establish technical and analytical standards through reviews, documentation, enablement, and tooling
  • Lead multi-team initiatives by defining strategy, architecture or approach, and success metrics
  • Mentor and coach analysts and build analytical capability
  • Own mission-critical workstreams end-to-end, from framing business questions to shipping models, forecasts, and recommendations
  • Deliver measurable improvements to company-level KPIs such as CAC, LTV, churn, pipeline conversion, and revenue forecast accuracy
  • Anticipate risks and unblock teams to ensure analytics projects ship reliably and on time
  • Advise senior leaders by translating complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations that shape strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • 6–10+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics
  • Preferably a track record of cross-functional impact across marketing, revenue operations, finance, and product
  • Background in strategy consulting and/or tech scale-ups or SaaS
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and Python or R
  • Expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques, including regression, classification, causal inference, and experimentation/A-B testing
  • Experience designing durable analytical systems, tooling, and BI dashboards, ideally Looker or Omni Analytics
  • Experience communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Track record of setting technical standards, reviewing others' work, and mentoring junior and mid-level team members
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and executives
  • Experience shaping a cross-functional analytics roadmap and driving decisions affecting business outcomes across multiple domains
  • Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, cross-functional environments
  • Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
