About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including financial analyses, budget-to-actual monitoring, variance investigation, and decision-support information
- Prepare or review payroll for MCOM faculty, including new-hire setup, biweekly adjustments, approvals, payroll journal entries, accruals, reconciliation, and leave management
- Maintain and monitor physician compensation, including compensation models, productivity and wRVU calculations, incentive payments, and related financial analyses
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and models
- Support the Director of Finance and leadership on financial performance, physician compensation, payroll, and special financial projects
- Interpret, develop, recommend, implement, communicate, and monitor accounting policies and procedures
- Maintain general ledger accuracy by reviewing journal entries, identifying anomalies, maintaining account structure, and ensuring consistency between systems
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience and 5+ years of related experience
- Employment eligibility requirements in the U.S.
- Related work experience may not substitute for required licensure, certification, or registration if applicable
