About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement and deploy UTMB Group’s CSR projects in France and across all events in the circuit
  • Help make trail running more sustainable and inclusive, in collaboration with the communities hosting the events
  • Draft and update the operating charter for the Medical Commission
  • Organize, coordinate, and facilitate the Medical Commission and its working groups
  • Manage contracts for Medical Commission members
  • Establish and deploy the overall framework for research projects
  • Define priority topics, the number of studies, and potential locations
  • Organize calls for research proposals and make decisions in collaboration with the Medical Commission
  • Provide logistical support for administering questionnaires and conducting field studies
  • Translate study reports and findings into accessible language and disseminate them
  • Ensure data protection
  • Optimize and develop health advice resources
  • Review eligibility criteria and the application process for Adaptive Athletes
  • Optimize the registration and participation journey for athletes with disabilities and their guides
  • Develop competition guidelines
  • Develop local programs that promote participation
  • Prepare and organize the health stand at HOKA UTMB Mont-Blanc
  • Organize conferences and speaking engagements
  • Coordinate the Athlete Services teams, the Medical Commission, the UTMB Mont-Blanc organization, and the digital service provider

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge and proficiency in project management methodologies
  • Strong interest in CSR topics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • 4 years of project management experience
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects requiring expertise and coordination across multiple departments
  • Ability to understand all aspects of a complex topic and present them clearly and simply
  • Strong interest in and knowledge of sustainable development
  • Fluency in French and English is essential
  • Spanish, Italian, and Mandarin are a plus
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and work with several teams simultaneously
  • Strong training and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Tact and the ability to influence without formal authority
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to structure complex topics
  • Autonomy
  • Willingness to make a meaningful contribution and drive change
  • A passion for sport is a plus (but not a prerequisite!)
