About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the existing content planner, ensuring content is created, edited, approved, scheduled and posted on time
  • Chase team members for outstanding videos, photos and content
  • Edit short-form video content, including property sneak peeks, walkthroughs, educational reels, success stories and team content
  • Add captions, subtitles, hooks, covers, branding and calls to action
  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Check scheduled content has published correctly
  • Update daily content counts and maintain the team content leaderboard
  • Manage new property onboarding and marketing checklists
  • Check EPC status and flag missing or expired items
  • Collate and check Material Information and flag missing information
  • Draft portal descriptions, Rightmove bullet points and social copy
  • Prepare and upload property marketing assets and check live listings for accuracy
  • Update planner and status of property and content tasks
  • Flag items requiring approval or urgent action
  • Produce and send the weekly newsletter
  • Review upcoming content, identify gaps and ensure the team is ahead with filming
  • Review properties for regular social exposure and create promotional pushes where needed
  • Repurpose strong-performing and evergreen content
  • Monitor and organise Google reviews and testimonials
  • Provide weekly marketing summaries
  • Produce monthly social media performance reports covering reach, views, engagement, followers, website clicks and enquiries
  • Identify high-performing properties, videos, hooks and content topics
  • Compare month-on-month performance and recommend content priorities
  • Report on newsletter performance
  • Create the life magazine for the relevant publication
  • Maintain a balanced content planner and an organised bank of reusable content
  • Design leaflets, door-knocking materials, social graphics, story templates, email campaigns, property brochures, marketing collateral, QR codes and testimonial graphics
  • Create Just Listed, Sold and Price Reduction campaigns
  • Support event marketing, paid social creative, database campaigns, larger marketing campaigns and new initiatives

  • ADSL / FIBRE internet line
  • Headphones for use with the VOIP phone system
  • Anti-virus installed
  • UPS / Back-up Battery for load shedding — NON-NEGOTIABLE
  • Availability Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm UK Time
  • Availability every second Saturday from 10am to 4pm UK Time
