About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive sales and customer engagement through inbound and outbound phone interactions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and potential new customers
- Entice owners and potential customers to schedule vacations
- Overcome objections to secure package payments
- Operate dialer systems, lead management software, and CRM platforms
- Accurately document customer interactions and agreements
- Establish professional rapport and build excitement and confidence in the virtual process and vacation ownership experience
- Fill one of four roles: Initial Contact Person, Activations Agent, Travel Coordinator, or Tour Confirmer
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous sales, customer service, outbound marketing, vacation sales, or call center experience preferred
- Strong objection-handling and phone-based closing skills
- Persistence to overcome objections and secure sales
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to establish rapport, present information clearly, and interact confidently with diverse customers
- Ability to identify customer needs, evaluate information, and solve practical problems
- Organizational abilities and professionalism in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Experience in timeshare or hospitality sales is a plus
- Tech-savvy; experience using CRM platforms, lead management software, and dialer systems
