About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and potential new customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous sales, customer service, outbound marketing, vacation sales, or call center experience preferred
  • Strong objection-handling and phone-based closing skills
  • Persistence to overcome objections and secure sales
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and present information clearly
  • Ability to identify customer needs, evaluate information, and solve practical problems
  • Organizational abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience in timeshare or hospitality sales is a plus
  • Tech-savvy; familiarity with dialer systems, lead management software, and CRM platforms
