Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and potential new customers
Drive sales and customer engagement through inbound and outbound phone interactions
Entice owners and potential customers to schedule vacations
Overcome objections to secure vacation package payments
Operate dialer systems, lead management software, and CRM platforms
Accurately document customer interactions and agreements
Establish professional rapport with customers
Build excitement and confidence in the virtual process and vacation ownership experience
Convert qualified prospects into confirmed vacation package sales
Fill one of four roles: Initial Contact Person, Activations Agent, Travel Coordinator, or Tour Confirmer

What you’ll need

Previous sales, customer service, outbound marketing, vacation sales, or call center experience preferred
Strong objection-handling and phone-based closing skills
Persistence to overcome objections and secure sales
Exceptional interpersonal communication and active listening skills
Ability to establish rapport and present information clearly
Ability to interact confidently with diverse customers
Ability to identify customer needs, evaluate information, and solve practical problems
Organizational abilities and professionalism
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting
Experience in timeshare or hospitality sales is a plus
Tech-savvy and sales-driven
Ability to work from home in the United States; Florida, Virginia, and Nevada preferred
