About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the contract lifecycle, including intake, drafting and review coordination, approvals, execution, amendments, renewals, and record retention
  • Manage and develop the Contract Administration Team
  • Set team priorities and balance workloads

  • Partner with Legal Counsel and business stakeholders on complex contract matters

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in legal operations, contract management, corporate paralegal work, or a related field
  • Substantial experience handling complex contracts
  • 4–5+ years of direct people management experience
  • Demonstrated success coaching employees, managing workloads, and strengthening team performance
  • Proven track record creating processes and improving efficiency
  • Strong knowledge of contract terms, approval workflows, document controls, and contract lifecycle management
  • Strong judgment, communication, and ownership
  • Ability to lead independently and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to protect confidential information and engage Legal Counsel appropriately
  • Experience with contract technology and document management tools
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, real estate, hospitality, vacation ownership, or acquisition integration is a plus
  • Relevant degree, paralegal certificate, or contract management certification is preferred
  • Equivalent relevant experience will be considered
