About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support client transformation initiatives alongside Principal Transformation Consultants and Delivery teams
- Ensure smooth project execution and contribute to high-quality deliverables
- Co-develop transformation offerings with internal practices such as Cloud and ITSM
- Translate business and IT requirements into value propositions and project scopes
- Build reusable approaches, templates, and frameworks for ITSM transformation and cloud migration
- Prepare communication materials, workshops, and training sessions
- Identify adoption challenges and propose solutions
- Translate complex technical or process changes for different audiences
- Contribute to stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments
- Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders
- Align solutions with clients’ business goals using the Atlassian stack and related technologies
- Support delivery teams to ensure quality outcomes and client satisfaction
- Coordinate transformation projects focused on measurable business value
- Support strategic planning and proposal efforts with sales and senior consultants
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in assigned client accounts
- Develop go-to-market assets
- Contribute to knowledge growth and professional development
- Share market and client insights internally
- Report to the Transformation Consulting Director
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience, ideally with exposure to business or IT transformation topics
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and contributing to account growth
- Strong interest in change management, communication, and user adoption
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French, written, verbal, and presentation
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar technologies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and bridging technical and business stakeholders
- Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on problem solving
