About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the leading internal Microsoft Dynamics solutions architect
Gather requirements and provide design guidance and implementation for small- to mid-size Dynamics 365 project features
Facilitate discussions with business and technical leaders to extract requirements and implement customizations or integrations
Provide Dynamics 365 module maintenance, development, staging and production troubleshooting, and integration support
Monitor and report Dynamics platform resource consumption and trends
Schedule software and cloud enhancement upgrades with third-party vendors as needed
Develop and document Dynamics database architecture for recovery, including workflows, automation triggers, dependencies, and integrations
Provide leadership and technical guidance to improve Dynamics adoption and utilization
Develop training materials and deliver technical documentation, work instructions, web-based training, and product demonstrations
Gather and report sales force activity metrics for the Vice President of Sales

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Database Management, Business Administration or related discipline
3-5 years successfully project managing CRM customizations and implementations
Microsoft Certified Professional or one of the listed Microsoft 365 certifications: MB-900, PL-900, PL-600, MB-210, MB-220, or MB-230
Experience building and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards, and workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Office, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, and Azure
Understanding of CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints desired but not required
Experience with .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, and C# desired but not required
Experience with XRM Toolbox, JSON, and FetchXML
Ability to lift 10 lbs
Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods
Ability to travel 25% as needed for training/deployment support
