About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform general analytics and statistical modeling on existing data sets for products and processes
Identify opportunities for process improvement, increased efficiency, and automation of data-analysis processes
Examine data patterns and trends to answer business questions and improve decision-making
Collaborate with Business and Information Technology teams on regular and ad hoc projects
Develop and maintain advanced Excel reports using pivot tables, Power Query scripts, dynamic arrays, and complex formulas
Create, maintain, and improve VBA/macros for process automation
Collaborate with stakeholders to design Power BI dashboards and interpret DAX measures
Apply data visualization best practices
Analyze data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making
Manage and organize data in OneDrive and SharePoint
Communicate complex data findings clearly to non-technical team members
Balance multiple tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Requirements

What you’ll need

Familiarity with DAX and visualization best practices
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query, dynamic arrays, and complex formulas
Proven VBA/macro development expertise for process automation
Microsoft Power Platform skills, including Power Automate and Power Apps
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to explain technical data insights to non-technical audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with attention to detail
Preferred: prior experience in customer operations or related roles
Preferred: 2–3 years in a similar role
Preferred: experience creating Smartsheet sheets, workflows, and dashboards
Preferred: general knowledge of Python, R, or APIs
Preferred: Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Expert or Power BI/Power Platform certifications
Preferred: familiarity with project-management tools such as Microsoft Teams
