About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Tissue Service Business and ensure delivery of expected customer benefits consistent with contract requirements
Manage projects for profitability, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction from sale through the end of the warranty period
Maintain systems, procedures, reports, cost controls, monthly status reports, and project records
Monitor project activities and collaborate with Applications Specialists and Product Manager
Coordinate project scheduling across engineering, design, equipment purchasing, manufacturing, delivery, and installation
Coordinate projects involving tissue machine air systems, steam and condensate systems, Yankee hood systems, heat recovery systems, ventilation systems, and associated process equipment
Make final equipment selections
Oversee project team drawing/design reviews and day-to-day design activities
Verify final design and engineering with Product Managers
Seek and process opportunities for additional project value, including estimates and proposals for new sales
Provide Product Managers feedback on design, constructability, costs, and continuous product improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education degree in Mechanical, Technical, Pulp and Paper or a closely related field is required
Industry-related Project Management experience is essential
Preferred 5-year minimum experience with project management or leading projects
Travel will be required – estimate could reach more than 50%
Must be living and authorized to work in the United States with valid US Passport
No domestic or international relocation or sponsorship
