About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the customer contact for assigned accounts
- Facilitate all inside sales functions
- Provide quotations and order acknowledgements for spare parts and consumable products
- Provide general customer support
- Receive customer inquiries for spare parts and consumables through direct communication or Product Sales Managers
- Identify specific parts using Valmet documentation systems
- Provide technical applications and customer quotations and order acknowledgements
- Provide technical support for spare part coordinators, customers, and other sales personnel
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's Degree from a two year college in business or engineering or related field
- 3 to 5 years customer service experience or experience in a technical capacity, preferably in the pulp and paper industry
- Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
- Must be living in and authorized to work in the US
- Position is not open for immigration sponsorship
