  • Convert complex ideas, strategy documents, meeting notes, and analytical insights into Microsoft PowerPoint decks, Word reports, and executive documents
  • Conduct targeted research on industry trends, regulatory updates, competitor landscapes, and potential targets
  • Download and organize research data

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a Special Assistant or Executive Assistant to a CEO, OR 5 to 7 years of experience in political staff work (such as constituent services, legislative affairs, or public affairs) or journalism/press reporting
  • Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional organization and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while handling a high volume of incoming requests
  • Motivation by meaningful work and commitment to transparency, public accountability, and public-program integrity
  • Proven analytical and research capabilities
  • Ability to synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear executive summaries
  • Growth mindset and ability to handle constructive feedback with composure
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Ability to collaborate effectively under firm deadlines in a fully remote setting
