Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience implementing and supporting healthcare IT solutions
  • Proficiency in Unix, SQL, Python, or similar programming languages for data analysis and system support
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations such as HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
  • Solid understanding of healthcare industry workflows, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and projects
