About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop and maintain Quality dashboards in MicroStrategy, in close collaboration with a Data Analyst
- Gather business requirements from Quality stakeholders and translate them into actionable KPIs and visualizations
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability across reports
- Document dashboards and provide user guidance to the Quality team
- Design and build an AI agent providing tailored Quality guidelines for each sale based on business sector, season, SKU volume, product type and other criteria
- Collect, structure and formalize existing Quality guidelines into a usable knowledge base
- Work on prompt engineering, testing and iterative improvement of the agent's recommendations
- Collaborate with Quality experts to validate the relevance and accuracy of the agent's outputs
- Work closely with the Quality team, Data Analysts and business stakeholders
- Propose improvements to Quality processes based on data insights
- Share progress, findings and recommendations through regular updates and presentations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Data-driven, strong with numbers and good Excel skills
- SQL + dashboards
- Prompting + AI agent
- Data quality mindset
- Strong aptitude for process thinking and improvement
- Proven ability to research and implement new technologies
- Proactive, organized and independent, able to drive things forward
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adobe package knowledge mandatory
- Fluent level of English is a must; Spanish and French valued
- Interest in digital innovation, artificial intelligence, and user experience
