About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist the Campaign Manager in coordinating the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Request content from brands (data and media assets) and ensure that requirements are met.
  • Ensure that content is transmitted correctly.
  • Monitor key milestones and ensure deadlines are met to secure sales production.
  • Define the merchandising strategy to optimize commercial performance (navigation structures, content enrichment, marketing banners, filters, etc.).
  • Ensure smooth and effective coordination between the various departments.
  • Guarantee the quality and reliability of online content.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve working methods.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree or are currently pursuing a degree equivalent to three or four years of higher education.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You are flexible and able to adapt quickly to day-to-day priorities.
  • You are able to make informed decisions and solve problems effectively.
  • You are highly organized and methodical when planning your tasks.
  • You are comfortable using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • You are able to work in English, both written and spoken.
