About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the development of social solidarity projects (education, culture, social cohesion, the environment, and nutrition) in the vicinity of the company’s sites.
- Organize, implement, and monitor events led by the Fund (Solidarity Days, forums, and teambuilding activities).
- Be present on-site during Solidarity Days as the event representative.
- Manage the operational relationship with partner nonprofits.
- Implement and share the solidarity program calendar, track it in Google Sheets, and analyze the relevance of the initiatives.
- Prepare presentation materials and co-host group committee meetings in English.
- Manage and monitor in-kind donations to nonprofits in coordination with the Logistics and Clearance teams, including file analysis, product selection, and distribution.
- Follow up on and send reminders regarding certificates for financial and in-kind donations, as well as annual reports submitted by nonprofits.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are pursuing a Bachelor’s to Master’s-level degree (business school, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent).
- You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- You have a good level of English, both written and spoken.
- You are recognized for your organizational skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and curiosity.
- You have a strong interest in solidarity initiatives and social engagement.
- You have initial experience in the nonprofit sector.
