About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare statutory reports such as the Social Report, materials for mandatory annual negotiations, the Gender Equality Report and Gender Equality Index, the CSR Report, and the BDES (Economic and Social Database)
  • Prepare various presentations for employee representatives, in coordination with the Employee Relations team
  • Produce and monitor HR reports and KPIs, including monthly headcount, turnover, and absenteeism
  • Analyze HR data and provide meaningful insights
  • Prepare and produce quarterly and annual ACEMO, ECMOSS, PIPA, and BMO surveys
  • Manage the consistency of HR data in the global WORKDAY Information System
  • Support the transition to AI-enabled solutions for data production
  • Propose new indicators and reporting formats
  • Work with the HRIS team on the continuous improvement of information integration and control processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Higher education degree from an HR or Finance school, business school, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR reporting or social controlling
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize large volumes of data
  • Strong interest in HR topics and a keen sense of confidentiality
  • Curious, motivated, and rigorous, with a strong sense of priorities
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, PivotTables, and charts
  • Strong interest in AI and eagerness to develop expertise in this area
  • Professional proficiency in English is essential
