About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the operational feasibility of partnerships and make sales opportunities logistically viable
- Collaborate with the Sourcing and Operations teams to negotiate and secure logistics terms with partner brands
- Identify opportunities to improve service and reduce costs
- Support supplier negotiations
- Support the onboarding of new suppliers and gain an understanding of their supply chains
- Track KPIs and identify their impacts
- Monitor brands that do not comply with contractual agreements and define action plans
- Track the implementation of action plans and brand-specific penalties
- Create and manage reports, and conduct ad hoc analyses
- Organize meetings and prepare materials for brands and Veepee teams
- Lead new projects related to brands’ supply chains, including pallet identification and packaging
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least three years of experience, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or sales
- Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication to each audience
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving orientation
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent command of Excel and presentation tools
- Bilingual or fully fluent in French and English
