About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with other tech leads and architects to define and apply development standards, architectural guidelines, and coding practices
- Ensure code quality through automated testing and code reviews
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Ensure high performance and scalability of developed solutions while considering user experience and business requirements
- Coordinate with product owners, designers, QA, and other cross-functional teams
- Define technical guidelines with the product owner, developers, QAs, SREs, and Solution Architects
- Select appropriate technologies for product needs
- Ensure adherence to DevOps and QA practices
- Balance workload and priorities across the team
- Lead and manage the development team, providing guidance, feedback, and support
- Mentor and coach developers to enhance technical skills and professional growth
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other team meetings
- Participate in HR cycles and define and assess OKRs with the Lead IT
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with developers and Officevibe activities as applicable
- Deliver high-quality software while combining hands-on development with team leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a lead developer or in a similar role with newly expanded managerial responsibilities
- Strong technical expertise in software development, with a solid understanding of DevOps and QA practices
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in guiding and mentoring developers
- Excellent project management skills, capable of prioritizing and allocating resources efficiently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of architecture, development standards, and coding practices
- Strong experience with .Net C#, REST API, and Webservices
- Strong experience with DB, SQL Server, and Postgres
- Hands-on experience building, deploying, or integrating AI agents
- Practical experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Understanding of agent orchestration, memory, RAG, and workflow automation
- Experience with React (nice to have)
- Experience with microservices and DDD (nice to have)
- Good experience with unit tests and integration tests (nice to have)
