About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Requisition to PO (R2P) and Source to Contract (S2P) processes
  • Resolve complex process and system issues together with IT, Finance and Procurement
  • Perform admin activities in Ariba Guided Buying and SAP SRM, including catalogue uploads
  • Ensure process compliance and strong governance within purchasing
  • Take part in local and global projects, process improvements and system enhancements
  • Act as a first point of contact for end users, providing support, training and guidance
  • Collaborate closely with global stakeholders and share knowledge within the team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in R2P and/or S2P
  • Strong understanding of P2P processes, especially Purchasing
  • Hands-on experience with SAP / SAP S/4HANA and Ariba Guided Buying
  • Confident English communication skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
  • Enjoyment of training others and working in a customer-focused way
