About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with managers and operational teams to provide financial insights and decision support
  • Monitor and analyse efficiency, production performance, material consumption, budgets, and operational KPIs
  • Prepare financial analyses, business cases, and presentations for strategic and operational decision-making
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes
  • Contribute to standard costing and product costing activities in a manufacturing environment
  • Develop and enhance reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, efficiencies, and value creation
  • Communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders across functions and levels
  • Build trusted relationships with operational leaders, managers, and finance stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into meaningful business insights
  • Ability to build positive and productive stakeholder relationships across all organisational levels
  • Advanced Excel capabilities
  • Interest in reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI
  • Fluent in both Danish and English
  • Structured and organised working style, with flexibility and a solution-oriented approach
  • Experience with SAP, standard costing, or product costing is an advantage rather than a requirement
