About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze the site’s financial results and support decision-making
- Collaborate with operational managers to analyze performance
- Build business cases and contribute to investment planning
- Prepare various scenarios for business development
- Identify risks and opportunities for improvement
- Propose and support cost and production process optimization initiatives
- Present analyses and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders
- Calculate product costs
- Contribute to defining strategic objectives
- Build the site budget and prepare financial forecasts
- Regularly share financial outlooks with operational teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher education degree, ideally in finance, management control, or accounting
- At least three years of experience in a finance role within an industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of product costing and standard costing
- Strong knowledge of budgeting processes and financial forecasting
- Experience with SAP
- Rigorous, analytical, and critical-thinking mindset
- Ability to explain financial results and formulate clear recommendations
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt communication to different audiences
- Comfortable working in a matrix organization and able to build trusted relationships with different departments
- Proactive, with an interest in sustainability, industrial efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Fluent spoken and written English
