About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute insights, analyses, and recommendations to the product roadmap process
  • Support future product development and optimization of existing products
  • Work across Product Development, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Strategy, and regional organizations
  • Drive business development initiatives that strengthen strategic and commercial growth, competitiveness, and profitability
  • Define product requirements, evaluate opportunities, challenge assumptions, and influence product portfolio direction throughout the product lifecycle
  • Identify and drive strategic and commercial growth initiatives across the category
  • Drive business development activities, KPI tracking, and performance follow-up with regional markets
  • Lead pricing activities through market analysis and commercial insights
  • Build business cases and recommendations supporting data-driven decision-making and organizational alignment
  • Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, competitive activity, regulations, and category performance
  • Travel within Denmark and internationally to engage with customers, markets, and colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant degree combined with at least 5 years of product management experience in a global organization, preferably within a technical or manufacturing industry
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how product, pricing, and portfolio decisions drive business performance
  • Experience with structured product development frameworks and stage-gate processes, preferably within technical product environments
  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgment to transform market insights, customer understanding, and data into compelling business cases
  • Strong team player and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build trust, influence decisions, and drive collaboration across a complex matrix organization
  • Confident and effective communication in English
  • Strategic thinking, hands-on approach, curiosity, and ability to create impact
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment
