About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategic projects with stakeholders from different business areas across the VELUX value chain, including Sales & Marketing, Product Management, R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations
Structure and solve complex business problems through hypothesis-driven analyses and fact-based recommendations
Facilitate strategic decision-making processes and support leaders in translating insights into actions
Develop clear and compelling presentations, recommendations, and decision materials for senior leadership
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions, business units, and geographies
Support development of corporate, business unit, and functional strategies
Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and business outcomes
Contribute to strategic capabilities and best practices within Group Strategy & M&A
Work closely with senior executives and business leaders from problem definition through analysis, recommendation, and decision

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of experience from a leading strategy consulting firm or a similar strategic role within a larger international organisation
Strong academic degree and excellent academic track record
Strong consulting toolbox, including structured problem solving, stakeholder management, story lining, and strategic analysis
Strong senior stakeholder management skills and ability to build trust and credibility across organisational levels
Ability to communicate complex business topics clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
Proactive, driven, and motivated by creating measurable business impact
Fluent English, spoken and written
Analytical, structured, and intellectually curious
Strong analytical capabilities, business understanding, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and synthesising complex information
Team player who values collaboration and contributes to a strong team culture
