About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development and maintenance of financial reports for daily and monthly monitoring, as well as corporate close processes
- Build relationships and maintain communication with leaders across other departments to collect, validate, and report budget data
- Assist in monitoring budget-to-actual variances, identifying discrepancies, and recommending corrective actions
- Develop spreadsheets and analytical models to support tactical decision-making
- Use Artificial Intelligence and automation tools to accelerate data consolidation and repetitive analyses
- Act as a strategic business partner within FP&A, transforming data into insights and practical guidance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed or nearing completion in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Proficiency in complex formulas and pivot tables
- Structured logical reasoning
- Intermediate English, with a focus on reading and navigating corporate systems and tools in English
- Strong analytical orientation
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Clear, objective, and assertive communication with leaders at different levels
- Proactivity, determination, and a high level of drive
