About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies and programs to achieve commercial plans, business objectives, and grow market share
  • Develop and execute commercialization plans for new and existing products
  • Develop downstream marketing initiatives for targeted customer audiences, including branded digital, social, and printed campaigns
  • Implement distributor and subsidiary support processes for compliant, brand-aligned positioning and messaging worldwide
  • Manage the downstream marketing budget, track ROI, analyze and report KPI performance, and optimize channel spend
  • Collaborate with upstream marketing and other departments on marketing programs for new products and offerings
  • Design training programs and develop medical educational content and resources with internal teams and external partners
  • Create sales enablement programs and tools supporting customer engagement, acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Serve as the product’s digital voice and optimize channels and demand-generation strategies
  • Monitor brand performance, market research, and analysis
  • Champion products and build excitement within the organization and aesthetic community
  • Develop customer relationships and use field and market intelligence to refine messaging, segmentation, and strategic operating plans
  • Provide strategic thought leadership and stay current on medical aesthetics trends through field engagement, research, advisory boards, congresses, and associations
  • Manage a team of 3-5 people
  • Report to the Chief Product Officer

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of growth and success in the medical aesthetic device industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
  • MBA preferred
  • Experience in brand and product marketing
  • Experience in omnichannel marketing and digital knowledge
  • Experience managing people and external resources
  • B2B and B2C experience mandatory
  • Capable and willing to switch between hands-on tasks and strategic thinking
  • Aptitude to distill data to action and understanding of metric-driven marketing
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity and deliver against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals
  • Positive attitude, team-player, hands-on, creative
  • Independent learner and flexible in nature
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
